Shipping

Orders will always be shipped as soon as possible.

My products are handmade, painted, packaged and shipped by Alexandria Bishop. As a one woman show, patience is very appreciated. 

Ready made items will be shipped 3-5 days after the order is placed. Made to order pieces will take 2-6 weeks depending where you are on the list. With commissions and made to order art, its a first come first serve basis with.
Please note, all shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be paid in part or in full by Alexandria Bishop. This includes import taxes or charges for international packages. For international packages, unfortunately postage can be delayed due to customs processing, this cannot be helped or changed by the shop owner. Please research your local postal rules before ordering.

 

You are responsible for keeping your shipping information up to date. This shop will not be held responsible if the one on file wasn't correct, resulting in a lost package. If the package is sent back to the artist, additional shipping and handling prices will apply but it can be re-sent to the correct address.

This shop is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages once the tracking number has been sent. If you would like package insurance or faster shipping, please contact the shop owner and additional charges will be applied to your order.

 

No exchanges, refunds or returns unless it is the fault of the shop owner. Please double and triple check what you are ordering before placing the order.
